General themes of February 2024
Before we get started, I would highly recommend generating a birth chart for yourself and taking a look. This month will give you a major preview of what the next 20 years is going to look like in the Aquarius portion of your natal chart! Having it on hand will be super helpful. February 2024 is the start of the subtlety of the year we mentioned on the Year Ahead preview show. For the past couple years, it seems the planets have all moved into a sign at similar times, creating a more explicit transition from one energetic season to another. This year, the planets will be spread across two or three signs for much of the year. The result is a "smearing" effect with less concrete transitions. Things will be happening simultaneously and it the transits may be less distinctive.
This February will feature planetary transitions from Capricorn into Aquarius and Pisces. This will shift us out of the Saturn-ruled signs into Jupiter-ruled Pisces, bringing a surge of excitement, optimism, hope, dream, emotionality, and connectivity with others as the month thaws out.

4 February at 23:10 - Mercury enters Aquarius (chart)
5 February at 6:57 - Mercury conjunct Pluto in Aquarius (chart)
Mercury is often depicted as the "herald" of change, but here it enters Aquarius after the sun
Mercury will immediately conjoin Pluto and will likely give us a preview around this time of what the 20 year Pluto transit is going to shift our focus to
Pluto will finish its transition into Aquarius this fall and remain there until 2043
This isn't going to be some big, explosive thing. It will be a slow moving transformation and may involve a cycle of death and rebirth.
9 February at 16:58 - New Moon in Aquarius (chart)
10 February at 7:24 - Mercury in Aquarius square Jupiter in Taurus (chart)
If you already have a sense of what's happening in the Aquarius part of your chart, embrace it and use this New Moon to set some intentions
OR This could be a good new moon for getting some distance in interpersonal relationships (including romantic relationships). If you’re wanting an outside or less biased perspective, you might do a working around this time relating to that. Try to use the specific time listed here.

Mars will be exalted in the last degree of Capricorn during this time
If you are sympathetic with Mars' energy, you can use this time for doing some important work
Mars is a planet of aggression, passion, drive, explosive energy, taking action
Capricorn is a sign of industriousness, creativity through friction, initiative, taking action
13 February at 00:05 - Mars enters Aquarius (chart)
14 February 00:05 - Mars conjunct Pluto in Aquarius (chart)
16 February 10:05 - Venus enters Aquarius (chart)
17 February 2:48 - Venus conjunct Pluto in Aquarius (chart)
18 February 22:13 - Sun enters Pisces (chart)
22 February 1:14 - Venus conjunct Mars in Aquarius (chart)
This is a major shift and represents the start of the second major period of this month.
There are several transits happening within a few days of each other that form a complex little sequence.
When Mars enters Aquarius it will immediately conjoin Pluto. Venus will then enter Aquarius and immediately conjoin Pluto. The Sun will suddenly shift into Pisces. Then, Mars and Venus will conjoin each other.
Mars and Venus have been dancing around each other since March 6 2022 when they last conjoined (also in Aquarius). Now they will conjoin again in Aquarius on 22 February.
The run up to this conjunction includes activity with Pluto which will bring darkness, intensity, and edge to this conjunction.
Mars <> Venus <> Pluto is intense obsessive passionate charismatic intoxicating. It can verge into imbalance in either direction but those are the main keywords.

Amidst these intense energies, the Sun will move into Pisces, prompting us to travel deeper into our intuitions, emotions, and spiritual awareness.

Immediately after the Mars<>Venus conjunction, we will have Mercury moving into Pisces and a Full Moon in Virgo and these transits will be the delayed emotional reaction.
Mercury is a planet of intelligence, curiosity, communication and Pisces is a deeply-feeling water sign with psychic, spiritual, and intuition expression
Meanwhile, the Full Moon in Virgo will prompt discernment and discretion

This is the beginning of the third "chapter" to the month and the main feature is a three-way conjunction between Saturn <> Mercury <> the Sun.
Saturn is the stoic, frigid mother or father figure. Saturn is slow moving, long-lasting, concerned with what ought to be and what we ought to do. Saturn often brings restrictions & roadblock and productive friction into our lives.
This could be a good time to use for anything relating to communication, inquiry, curiosity, or work with deities that you want to last in the long run and feed your vitality.
Jupiter and Venus are also implicated, so there is some benefit here. As always, though, it can be difficult to work with malefics and things may not work out as we planned
