The Path of
Spiritual Alchemy
Spiritual alchemy has its origins in the Emerald Tablet, an ancient text that has been traced by some back to Hellenistic Egypt. According to legend, this mystical tablet was found in a tomb over 2,000 years ago. Its teachings are attributed to Hermes Trismegistus, a figure that blends the Greek god Hermes and the Egyptian god Thoth.

Our approach to spiritual transformation is derived from the Emerald Tablet and other influential alchemical and mystical texts. Our sources include the Rosicrucians, the Nag Hammadi library, the Sefer Yetzirah, and the alchemical works of Thomas Vaughan and Mary Anne Atwood.

What you Receive
Lessons​​​

You receive a new lesson every week. All our lessons are delivered through email, so you never have to remember any login info or deal with clunky e-learning software ever again!

Each lesson is about 10 pages long and includes practical exercises and in-depth theory.
​​​​
The practical techniques you'll be learning are grouped into three categories: soul journeys, alchemical meditations, and ceremonies of transformation.

And don’t worry—anyone can do a soul journey! It’s similar to a deep meditation, and with our guided meditations leading the way, you’ll find it easy and enjoyable.

You will need about 2 hours each week to study the lesson and perform any exercises. You will need to have a quiet space and wear headphones (or earbuds) to listen to soul journey meditations​​.

Each lesson includes three MP3 files: an audio introduction to introduce the lesson, a guided soul journey, and an audiobook version of the lesson. These recordings make the learning process as accessible as possible​​​​
Weekly Workshops

Every Saturday we gather at 3pm (Eastern Time) for 2 hours on Zoom.
​​​​
Attendance is open to all active students. You can attend live, or receive a recording of the session. Attendance is NOT mandatory.
Workshops are divided into an opening lecture followed by a soul journey. ​The last half is a Q&A in which we answer questions from students (you can submit your questions ahead of time).
​​​​
Workshop themes vary, but we always address a specific part of your life and transform it with the help of your spirit guides. Our workshops also provide supplemental learning that contributes to your experience of the program and your spiritual growth.​
Weekly On-Demand Email Coaching
For as long as you are an active student, you have access to your instructor through Weekly On-Demand Email Coaching. Each week you can contact your instructor one time and are guaranteed a reply within 48-hours (except for holidays, time off, and sick days). We provide detailed responses that address your questions and provide helpful advice. It is not mandatory that you write to us each week, but you are welcome to! We are here to support you.
Student Forum and Community

All current students (and program alumni) receive access to our Student Forum. The forum contains a community of dedicated spiritual seekers and practitioners who share the goal of improving their connection with the spiritual realms. It is a supportive and informative environment. Eric and Lunavá are both active on the forum answering questions and sharing their insights.
